Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy:

Thank you for shopping with I Style Trends. We appreciate your trust and strive to ensure a smooth shopping experience. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms mentioned below.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be processed.
  • In case of prepaid orders, the refund for cancellation (before shipment) will be processed within 5–7 working days.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

  • Return/Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Exchange is allowed only once per order, and is subject to stock availability.
  • If pickup is not available at your location, you will be requested to self-ship the product to our office address.
  • Replacement product will be shipped within 2–4 working days after QC approval.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for Return/Exchange:

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • Products without original tags will not be accepted.

Non-returnable / Non-refundable Items List:

·       Necklaces

·       Pendent Sets

3. Refund Policy

Refund requests are accepted in the following situations:

  • Size, color, or design mismatch
  • Missing, wrong, or damaged item in a combo order

Refund Conditions

To qualify for a refund:

  • Product must be unused and unwashed
  • All original tags, packaging, and labels must be intact
  • Customized products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded
  • Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of product delivery
  • Video unboxing is required to claim missing/damaged/wrong products. Complaints without video proof will not be eligible for return/refund.

Refund Timeline

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days after the returned item passes quality check

Refund will be issued using the same mode of payment used at the time of purchase except COD. COD orders will be refunded only via Bank Transfer / UPI / Store Credit (not by cash).

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ensure secure and careful packing of your order.

However, once shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs, or factors beyond our control.

If pickup attempt fails due to customer unavailability or wrong address, additional pickup charges may apply.

1.     I Style Trends reserves the right to approve or reject a return/refund request if the product does not meet the terms of the policy.

2.     I Style Trends reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice. The policies applicable will be the ones displayed on our website at the time of order placement.
